By accessing or using DomBound you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Legal age
DomBound is exclusively for people over 18 and includes explicit sexual content and BDSM themes. By registering you declare and warrant that you are of legal age in your country. See Age verification.
2. What the service is
DomBound is a consent-first social network for power dynamics (D/s) between adults: profiles, connections, encrypted chat, tasks, challenges, chastity, reputation and related features. It is a community platform, not an on-demand pornographic content service.
3. Your account
You use an alias, not your real identity. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. An account is personal and non-transferable.
4. Consent
Every dynamic requires consent. Any feature another person activates over you (tasks, chastity, restrictions…) only applies within the limits you have accepted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. The emergency button is always accessible, above any dynamic.
5. Conduct
You must comply with the User policy. The following, among others, are strictly prohibited: content involving minors, non-consensual content, harassment, impersonation, disclosure of third parties' data or private media, and any illegal activity. Non-compliance leads to suspension or deletion of the account.
6. Your content
The content you publish remains yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to host and display it for the sole purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for holding the rights to what you publish.
7. Content moderation
We moderate content to comply with the law and protect the community, combining automated tools with human review.
When you upload them, profile photos go through an automated nudity-detection filter run on our servers through an external provider. Depending on the result, the photo is published normally; it is flagged as +18 (still visible, but it cannot be your main photo); or it is held for review until a member of the team assesses it. If the service is unavailable, the photo is held: a technical failure never results in publication.
No permanent restriction is applied on the basis of an automated decision alone: you can always request human review by writing to soporte@dombound.com, and we will explain the reason for the decision. You can also remove the photo at any time.
We may also remove content or suspend accounts that breach the User policy or the law, stating the reason unless a legal obligation prevents us from doing so.
8. DomBound+ subscription
Some features require the DomBound+ subscription. When available, payment will be processed through an external provider; the subscription renews periodically and you can cancel it whenever you wish, with effect at the end of the current period. Prices and limits may be adjusted during the beta phase.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", in beta, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, DomBound will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or from the conduct of other users.
10. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply under the relevant consumer protection legislation.
