4. Intellectual and industrial property

The "DomBound" brand, the site, its design and its own content belong to its owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction or exploitation without authorisation is prohibited. Content published by users belongs to those users.

5. Liability

The owner is not responsible for the use that users make of the service nor for the content they generate. The owner reserves the right to suspend access in the event of unlawful use or use contrary to the rules.
